What did you fail on? I did the Whistler mod to mine and live in PA and was wondering if I would have a problem with inspection. I doubt I will as I use a local shop but I wanted to ask since I see your in PA.

i think hw failed because the headlights were yellowed and the lights were too dim.

I would be shocked if any inspection station in PA even noticed or had any idea that the headlights were even modified if you did the Whistler mod in black...

Cool. I doubt it too but I was just curious. They actually put the skip shift module on for me when i first bought the car and I'm guessing that's not quite following the letter of the inspection/emmisions code in PA.

Big test will be when I put on LT's in the fall and my next inspection/emmisions test is in Jan. I plan on putting Cats on but I know in PA even moving the cats is illegal. The muffler shop I used to put the GMMG on told me as long as he saw the cats and the car wasen't throwing any codes he's pass it but so I guess I'm worried for nothing.
