LT1 headrests in LS1?

LT1 headrests suck.
They never stay where you put them. Unless they're in the retracted position.
Had a '93 T/A, & you could pull them forward to try to get them in a comfortable position, but if ya hit any small bump they'd pop right back where they started.
So I took them apart & put a small screw in them to hold them forward, ...
Fixed that damn thing, ...
IMO, I like the looks of the LS1 style better.

silver02TA, I agree with you. But what year are they, cuz I have seen plenty of LT1 T/A's with the LS1 style. I know the ones you speak of, and they look much better than ours..

They are real noisy and move all around...they are pieces of crap, although I think I kinda like the look better. After I got my headrests embroidered though, I kinda like the flatter look of the LS1s with the firechicken on it...do you really use your headrest, or is it strictly for appearances only?
