Took me a minute to see what you did, so I guess it looks normal, but no, I don't like it.
It may clean up the bumper, but then you have a plate hanging under it, so it takes the "clean" statement away.
How ever, I did see a Boyed car on Barrett Jackson that had the plate flip down when the started the car. That was cool.

Unless you've got more $$ than brains to deal with court costs and legal fee's every other week, then go right ahead. But for me, I'd rather it be legal (or at the very least 70-75% legal).

Its legal in NC tho...altho you wont catch my *** doing it.

No, I think it's more of if I were to do something like that I really wouldn't give a poo if it was legal or not. If I want to do something to my car that I like, I'll do it regaurdless if it is legal or illegal, because mainly I just don't give a four letter word. And I doubt most cops would care, unless you are one of those people that drives around like a crazy ***, which just makes cops want to pull you over and find every single thing that is wrong or illegal on your car to write you a ticket for..... Unless they look for stupid crap like that in states that have inspections, but in FLorida you don't have to worry about that ****, unless like I said before, you get pulled over. Also, I am not saying I like that because it just looks abnormal and not right, plus the license plate just looks wierd there.
