Took me a minute to see what you did, so I guess it looks normal, but no, I don't like it.
It may clean up the bumper, but then you have a plate hanging under it, so it takes the "clean" statement away.
How ever, I did see a Boyed car on Barrett Jackson that had the plate flip down when the started the car. That was cool.
