Default Yay or Nay: 350hp Badges?

So I have a Sunoco hood in transit and I also have some nice looking 350hp cowl stickers kicking around. I've never been fond of stickers but I think it would be an amusing appearance mod, they seem to be a popular mod at the local cruise night and at the track.

Would it be to

Also, black billit grill, or no stock insert and shaved? I'm torn betweeen the two. I like the shaved look but the black billit would match my roof and gloss black berger panel.

You could also remove your stock grille and after you shave it you could paint the area black. I think the black(at least some) really help breakup the front of the car and billet grilles belongs on a truck IMO

Yeah, that's why I'm so undecided with the grill. The car needs black in the front. I really don't like any inserts because they have that "snap in" look. I also don't care for the way a black billit grill looks up close but the black 9 bar grills look good from about 10' away. I've been thinking of modifying an SS grill but they are kind of expensive to be cutting up. I also want to give the illusion that the grill opening is alittle bigger. The stock peice makes the grill area look small at some angles. If I go with a billit I would cut out the whole center of the nose so I can get rid of that stupid air defelctor under the car.

I kind of want the 350hp badges to make people scratch their heads. Like when I used to run 440 stickers on my modified 600 snow machine.

Yeah, I think I'll slap the stickers on. It will be pretty good when I roll up on high school kids in there "fast cars". It should be good for a laugh at the track too, the car should go 9s pretty easy this year.

Maybe I'll just smooth and paint the stock grill for now. I'm suposed to have a front plate on the car and will probrably end up putting one on because every time I get stoped now the cops will flip when they see a nitrogen push system in my back seat.

I'm probably going to get the smackdown for this one but, I think hp stickers are Why try to impress someone with a sticker? Let them think whatever they want...........then smoke 'em from the line! Action is more impressive than words.

350 hp stickers on a cammed LS1 would make me giggle.

About the only thing you'd get out of that is a bunch of fools trying to race you.

Not saying that's bad...

I might do it if I had them. It would be lack of motivation for me not putting them on. Plus I like the stock look minus the grill.
