what interior do i have?!?!? ok so i bought my NBM trans am, about a year ago... and i have yet to see another F body with the same interior as mine? all my friends with f bodies have never seen it either, i was just wondering if anybody knows what sort of option this was, because it seems very rare, and i love it.
it its a light grey suede with leather side bolsters, leather backs, and blue embroidered headrests.
i know most people pay alot of money to get their headrests embroidered custom, but people dont believe me when i say mine came with it
if anybody could enlighten me about this interior option i'd greatly appreciate it!

ya ill check there... the guy who had it before didnt know a damn thing about the car, except it had an LS1... he told me he didnt do anything to it, except put on these gay wheels that are on there now

really... wow thats interesting hahaha. how can i find out what sort of interior it came with, which part of the VIN? its hard to believe that somebody made that, it seems very factory, they did a good job

Most likely it was grey leather from the factory.
alright cool. i wonder how much that costs to have that interior made? its really nice, i even put towels on the seats so they dont get dirty, suede gets dirty really easy... it sucks.
well i searched, and found the whole list of RPO codes... and i didnt see any that mentioned the finish of the seats, only the seats themselves, like bucket, recline, power etc.
oh i dont even have that guys number anymore, its been almost a year... and i do believe there was another owner before him, so i am the 3rd owner... wether this interior is custom or a factory option, it looks damn good with NBM in my opinion
no options like that in f-bodys ever not even in the zl1/blackbird type cars although some had upgraded seats
but man those do look great dude i L-O-V-E suede seats and they are one of the reasons i like the cobra soo much

yeah it looks like they did a good job..........depending on meterials those seats could be anywhere from 500-1000$ to replicate
but as for factory things the nicest/craziest thing i have seen is the houndstooth in the zl1 cars
