Im 14 here, I sure as hell dont have a 4th gen let alone a ls1, but I deffinatly am a enthusuiest, cars have tought me alot, no matter what happened my car has always been their through thick and thin, Ive been called spoiled and have been made fun of because of my car, but i think its cool that I have freinds through cars that are really like older brothers or sisters, You either love or hate my car thats the way i see it, if its average then it messes with me, look at my car domain and tell me what you think.

[QUOTE=LuvMyZ] it's whatever you do to your own car that makes you want to go outside in the middle of your favorite TV show and look @ it and drive it. Everyone else's opinion does not matter.
20 Here, and you cant say it any better than that!

im 19 and i've paid for everything my whole life, i pay for all the crap on my car and do all my own work. been wrenchin since i was standing pretty much.
i've never liked things that stand out. i've always been a fan of a clean lowered car with nice rims and some tint. however, when someone does something that i don't like...im not about to be an ******* and flame them...cause they like it so who the **** cares what i think right? always better to give positive nice feedback

I'm 22,
Yes, tastes do changes, but not until you have tried. . . When I was younger, I was more with the Honda wave and all the stuffs around, but upon the years, my vision of things has changed. I can't say that I hate them now, but I can say that I know there's something else that exists. I'm a man who stands on his ideas; if something is ugly, I won't say it, as Matt said, if the other likes it, what else counts. But if he does something idiot, I might speak out I'd rather give positives feedbacks and get some advices than speaking of **** about people's cars'n stuffs. If you like your car lowered, go ahead!! If you want to put 2k$ worth and 150 pounds of sound in your trunk, go ahead!! That'll prolly sound great! I just won't judge anyone's taste, but I'll give my opinion and word. Saying that some's car paint is ugly is judging; saying you like silver more than white is giving your opinion. Afterall, it's like speaking about women and what we like about them, I guess everyone agree with that The ones I look are always nice, but there's always a little thing that . . .

But serisouly, all that has been done to my ride is some wheels and tires for appearance mods. I doubt I will go any further than that.

23 here...
been an f-body fanatic ever since i was in diapers...my dad brought me up on firebirds...i still have fond memories of my night rider peddle car and watching the show with my dad then go hop in either his black '77 TA or his Black '83 TA and go for a few on ramp pulls. Then after working during high school..when i got my license my dad let me get his old '77 TA....
When i first joined the air force in 2001 i started building my credit so i could afford an Ls1 car..after a year and a co-signer i finally got one...
from there i started modding a little at a time as money permitted....i wanted it to be fast but couldnt afford to pay someone to do it...so i took it apon myself to learn with the help of some friends from good ole NorCal-Ls1.com
Its just gotten crazyier every year from there.... 2 different heads cam setups...a procharger...
my taste is like this.... simple yet very detailed and very fast street cars...
something anyone driving down the road would see and say that looks real nice...then hear it rip a couple gears and say HOLY **** THATS FAST.

I started saving and looking for a Firebird when i was 18, and some of the appearance mods I was planning to do back then would make my current self vomit for days. You can set your car apart and not have the rest of the community hate you...see the sig.
Also, my car and I have been flamed by young and old alike (don't make me dig up the old threads in THIS forum) so putting all the blame for hate on one age group or another is kinda pointless and immature.

I'm 38 yrs old. My first car was a 1969 Camaro with no paint job (Black Primed) 4 speed 402 cu. Big Block with a Huge Snorkel hood scoop Jacked up sky High (like I was at the time!) with Big Old SS Cragar's sticking out back. I have never owned any other car other than a Chevy. (4 Camaro's,2 Chevelle's,1 Vette,1 Nova and a Pro Street SS Monte) My taste has changed over the years and I will never drive anything Slow & Stock but I can still appreciate "ANY" MODDED CAR ! I love when I see a Young Kid in a Modded Muscle Car (any year ,any make) but I don't Knock the RICE BOY'S either, I just Blow the door's of them !

35 and feeling every bit of it. To each his own; one man's dung heap is another man's gold mine. I knew I would get to use my grandfather's old saying before I kick the bucket.
