Default SS spoiler but taller, who makes it?

I have seen only a couple of them, but someone makes the OEM SS wing, but its arc is taller. I think it stands about 1" -1.5" taller in the center off the deck then the oem.

So who makes it?

I dont think the attached link is it:

thanks guys!

Part #
S-620 from ASCD

Fourth from the bottom on page linked. 1" higher 'flip' than stock.

The Mecham spoiler is slightly larger than the stock SS one I think.....I know it sticks out a little further over the bumper than a regular SS wing. Here are some pics of the Mecham on my Camaro:

after seeing your pics, the mecham wing really follows the body lines... LOOKS GREAT!

What I like about that spoiler is no struts. I'm not crazy about the SS spolier due to the 2 vertical struts that attach to the hatch. The big swoop on the mecham is not my cup of tea though. Very nice clean Camaro though!

I agree with you. It doesn't really look right, but that's what the description says so that's all I'm basing it on. I don't think it has the two struts though, judging by that picture...I could be wrong though.

The LT1 SS spoilers do not have the "struts" or supports.

Here's a couple of more pics of the Mecham. I've had it on since late February. I'll give credit to Mandrake's car for inspiring me.

I've got an SS, and I wouldn't mind the taller look at all. It still looks great.

I don't think I've seen the Mecham spoiler on your car yet.....it looks good!

Not too many folks have this spoiler....because of Mecham quality questions, price, etc.....so I try to throw up pics when I can. Plus its fun whoring out my car.

Doesn't the '96-'97 SS spoiler have just the flip, no struts?

Yeah, the spoiler ain't cheap (brake light not included) and I had to do a quite a bit of work to make it fit to my satisfaction. For some reason it wanted to sit real high on the back so I had to remove some material to make it sit flush, but overall it's a quality piece. And you're right, you don't see too many of these and I really wanted to do something different then the SS style spoiler (which I really like).
