For best value, my vote is to get a used dual/dual muffler SS take-off with the SLP tips. Around Houston you could find one for sure and get an exhaust upgrade to boot. The factory Z28 muffler is uber gay, way too quiet.
Hell, full used loudmouths sell for just a little more than $100 quite often, if you're into that kind of sound.
