Default Trans AM word on the side??? HELP PLEASE

I got my car painted recently, got my molding removed, and had the Trans AM word on the side painted metallic Silver, but didnt put them on yet. I am undecided on whether i should put them on or not. It looks really clean ans slick, but i also would like it to say Trans AM on the sides. I need some input from you guys....what do you all think? Here is a pic of it right now...(BTW, i still didnt lower the front end of my car yet)

You're in the same boat I'm in. I like the way it looks without them, but I also like how it looks with them. Just one of those tough decisions, I think I'm just going to be a cheap *** and take mine off and leave it like that, lol

Keep it that way,,, I haven't seen too many rides on this forum that look that clean. Shave the handles and relocate the gas door to inside the hatch and you would be one smooth MF'r. Handles and gas door just an idea,,,, never seen it done.

It looks good either way. Personally I got some laser-cut stainless steel mirror polished stuff from dragonZ28 and they look simply awesome. Especially so with the side molding off.

IMO it looks better than it did without anything there, in person.

I kept my molding, but removed the Trans Am badge. I had silver overlays on them, but I think it looks perfect now.

If it's an LT1, I think the removed molding looks better. But '98+ have that molding line flowing from the front bumper, to the sides and so on.

Well, I personally love the Trans am emblems, so I would say keep them. Guess it's what you like.

It's all angle IMO. When I look at black T/A's from the direct side view it looks too plain w/o the moulding and emblem. When you look at it as in your first pic, along the side with a mirror-like view of the wall, it looks a lot better without.

Decisions Decisions

I'd do that. That is what I wanted to do to mine, but they dont make mystic teal overlays.

I think i made up my mind. Im going to put the Silver painted Trans AM emblems back on, but put black decals over them. so like the sides of it have silver, and the faces are going to be black.
