i was wondering what most people have on their camaros for tint in indiana? i was thinking about getting 20% but i dont know if thats too dark and i was thinking about getting 35% but i want it darker without getting a ticket cuz i talked to my neighbor which he is on the k9 unit and he said as long as they can see you its legal and he said personally i dont care about window tint and he said that it really just depends on the cop you have. please let me know what you think thanks!

i dont live in indiana, but i have had 35% (being that it is the legal limit in S.C.) on a car before and i might as well of had none. mine now is 15% and i would not go higher %. just my .02

I have 20%. I dont like it, its not dark enough. A lot of my firends have 5% and have never had any problems from police. BTW I live in Evansville, IN

Here in Indiana, it just basically depends on the particular officer. I see plenty of vehicles with very dark tint. Many of the marked & unmarked police cruisers have extremely dark window tint.

I guess if you wanna go darker than 35% on the doors it's just a gamble.

I would go no higher than 20%. 5% cant see out of at night but 20% looks almost as close but the visibility is much beter..jmo.

i went 20% all around, dark enough to look good and it also let's you have the same tint all the way around. I suppose you could put 5% in the rear window, but man it would be hard to see out of at night time! So, my votes for 20%. Dark enough to look good, but transparent enough that a cop ( more than likely ) won't say anything.
