I promise you wont break it! Mine was a bitch too! Just get a really good grip on it with both hands and possibly a rag over it to keep it from getting slippery and twist like a ****!! Mine finally broke lose. If your too weak to get it off like that then i guess you could use a filter wrench or a pipe wrench but make sure you put a rag around the **** so you dont tear it up. Try to take it off when the car has not been driven for a bit... the tranny stays really warm after you drive the car. We all know metal expands as it gets warmer. Not saying this will solve your problem, but I have realized it to be a bit easier to remove the **** when the car has sat overnight as opposed to right after I drove home. Just my .02
