Trailer hitch question
To those who have had trailer hitchs on their camaros (for temp only of course), I was wondering what hitch will work with the dual exhaust? Every hitch I find says with only work with a single exhaust.
Also to everyone else I know hitchs dont belong on camaros but the military only pays to have one vehicle shipped to the next base and I still have to trailer the busa cuz I dont trust them with my bike.
Please help me out, its almost time to leave shitty Alaska.

Go with the trailer hitch but if I were you I would let them ship your motorcycle and tow a small cargo trailer (one of those low profile units) to haul some more necessities.
When are you driving out and where to? I drove out in March and it sure was an adventure.

There is no way I am letting them ship my bike. Only reason I am letting them ship my 97 camaro is cuz its needs new paint and when I get back to my shop I am painting it. I have never heard of them not ******* somthing up. I will tow the bike, my slicks, and some house hold goods.
I will leave here 28 Jun 07 but I am getting all my things together now. And I am taking the ferry from Homer to Washington. I find out in Jan where I will go. Hopefully Nellis or Scott AFB!

I have one like what is shown on the far righthand side on that page. Works excellent, & is totally hidden when the 1-1/4" drawbar is not in the receiver.
Of course mine is on an '01 T/A application so the rear center bumper section is a bit lower & hides it better than shown in the photos above.

So is the most weight you can really trailer on these cars going to be limited by the hitch you can find? The beefiest one they list on that webpage only rates to 1000 lbs, so is that probably the limit?
