How much do yo charge to polish a valve cover like that? Fabbed or billet. Is it cheaper than the stock covers? or is it just as much work?

It's similar work, although the factory ones do require a lot of material to be removed to get everything level/even.
It would be the same price for covers (stock/billit) I earn every penny. Lots of effort.
