Default Installed a gold hood bird, what do you think?

I finally got around to installing the hood bird graphic I purchased off of Ebay for like $50 6 months ago...it was designed for a flat stock hood not the ram air hood I have, so there are some spots that I had to cut and paste and I'm not real happy with them...anyone have experience fixing that kind of stuff?

What do you guys think?

Doesn't appeal to me... But it doesn't look like it's been cut. Came out looking pretty good in the picture.

yeah farther than about 5 feet away you can't tell, but if you get up close you can see it pretty easily. This was my first graphic larger than the lettering overlays, so when I did the left side I didn't really pay much attention to making straight cuts, so it looks worse. The right side the cuts are straight, I overlaid the pieces then made one cut down the middle to match them up, but it still didn't turn out quite right. I'll have to get a close up shot of it so you can se what I mean...

It's okay, but I believe that hood birds belong on 2nd gen 70-81 Birds only. I guess after looking at it over and over, it might not be bad. Just not used to seeing it on 4th gens.

I agree we need a pic from farther away to see how it flows with the rest of the car.

I like it. I thought about doing a ghost flame bird on mine.
