That's actually a one-off custom hood. That car was made by Jon Moss, the manager of Special Vehicles division of GM (formerly Chevrolet only), one of many showpieces he's responsible for slapping together. It's a 1993 Camaro with a 580 CID donavan big-block putting out about 770 hp. The front end is GM stuff from the LS1 Camaro, but the hood was custom made just for this car. The rear quarters and inner wheelwells are custom work too, to fit the 335/30s back there.

There is a hood very much like that one, but the scoop is a little bit shorter. They're not a sponsor though, so PM me and I'll tell you the website.
