I hear the 69 Chevelle emblem is the most popular.

I took mine off of the billet grille because the paint was chipping. If I repainted it black/chrome, I might consider putting it back on.

I got mine from OER parts. They make reproductions of GM parts.

69 Chevelle is a better angle for fitment but they both work. I find the white works because it stands out nicely and the white an chrome compliment the headlight colors so it really looks pretty darn good!

If you get a tube of black and white touch up paint, you can stay on top of the chips fairly easily.

The 67-68 Camaro Standard Grill SS emblem is perfect. I put one of these in my SLP grill and didn't have to do any modification except cut of the studs on the back of the emblem and apply two sided tape. Check out www.firstgen.com, Rick's First Generation Camaro.

I used the 68-72 Chevelle/ El Camino fender emblems. you can also get them in the black fill. You can get them from ebay, OPG, Group 1, or any restoration parts place for classic chevy's.

they are two seperate S's so, they are not connected. you can position them were you want them. So they are flush with the grill. They have studs sticking off the back of the emblem. Slip the studs through the bars of the grill and srew on the the locking nuts/washers behind the grill.

I like this one best for my vehicle but I can't find it anywhere! All the ones I see have black background with chrome or white letters. I want it the other way around. Has anyone seen this?

i'm about 90% certain that's a custom done job. just buy one and paint it the way you want it.
