Stock guage bulbs?

Both Firebird's and Camaro's use 194 wedge bulbs, I bought a complete TA gauge cluster for the bezel so I know this for a fact(it was was cheaper than buying just the bezel).
Just so you know though if you buy white LED bulbs for the cluster in a Camaro it'll look kinda blue because the cluster has a blue filter meant to make the normal bulb light look white. A pure white LED plus the factory blue filter means its going to look somewhat blue. I had white LED's in mine for a few months, I kinda found it annoying plus I missed the ability to dim the gauge lights.

cool, i switched it out for some stock bulbs so once it gets dark ill be able to see the needles. Whith the blue LEDs you just couldnt read anything. I may go with a hyper white set though later on, you should still be able to use the stock dimmer correct?

Maybe so, in my daily driver the dome light "dims out" after you shut the door. I replaced the bulb with a 9 LED feston bulb, the dimming isn't a smooth gradual dim like it was with the incandescent rather it goes from full to 3/4 to 1/2 to 1/4 and finally out in about 2-3 seconds.
Thanks for the info, I might give it another shot with a different set of LED bulbs.
