Default Help! Yellow stain on hood wont come off!!

OK, so i decided to take off my stripes since ive had them on for like 3 years and im just plain tired of them. I chose to have them as decals so later on like now I could remove them with ease. I removed them fairly easy except that they left a YELLOW stripe on my car! It looks terrible, worse than before. I tried "Goo Gone" and "Oops" but still yellow. Is there any way I can get these off without repainting the car . I tried waxing the crud out of it too and still no luck, can someone please gimme an idea that could remove this stain.

yes suh, tried a claybar and that did absolutely nothing except make that yellow stain just that much shinier . I really hope there is a reasonable solution for this.

Wet sand it, that looks to be the only way other than repainting the whole hood.

OUCH! I shouldnt have removed them but now im screwed I guess. I have never wet sanded before and it looks like ima have to take it to a shop dammit. If i would have known it was gonna leave that **** stain all over my car I would have never put them on in the first place.

Haha yeah thats what I would do, just put some different stripes on there if you're hurting for money and dont want to take it to a shop or repaint the entire thing
