How do you clean your windows??
I cannot get the inside of my front window clean for anything and I hate cleaning windows. The front window, on the inside, has a film like covering that I cannot get clean. It's not from smoke because I don't smoke, I don't know what it is but I can't get it completely clean and I can only see it when the sun hits it or at night when I drive under a street light. Either way it is driving me nuts. So post, if you would, the steps and material you use to clean your windows.

the film on the inside of the windshield is most likely from using to much armorall (or like product).. all the excess stuff evaporates and makes it look like **** and glares up really bad at night time..
i use stoners invisible glass and newspaper and get pretty good results.. i wanna go down to the newspaper place (i drive by it every day to and from work) and get non printed sheets so i dont get all that damn ink on my hands, im sure some comes off on the windows too..

I use Tropi-care's 'Woven glass cleaning towels'.(TC-W9)
They're sponsers----------------------------------------------------->>>
I don't use any kind of cleaner with them. I just use a damp
one to remove the dirt and go back over it with a dry one just
to make sure it doesn't streak.

there's this stuff called Stainless Steel & Glass Cleaner. I use that very often and it works amazing. it evaporates very quickly and leaves no streaks at all due to it's vaporization properties. you can find it at your local NAPA store. it's not at walmart.

Dirty towels or excessive moisture in the towels are key contributors to ineffective cleaning.

huck towels! I washed windows professionally for a while and these things rock. Super cheap and they actually get better the more you use them.
Cleaner, I like eagle 20/20 as it's cheap and works really well. Gives the exterior a slight rain-x affect as well.
