The boot is fine. You'll just have to roll the top part down more when install. I would like to know how you wrap the leather inside the cup holder, and the cig lighter area. Everything is looking very good so far, BTW.

I have only wraped an inc or so down the holder. If you look at the cup holder you´ll notice its look like gloss black , i have painted the area inside. It is too much work to wrap in the cup holders.

I have the same boot. That's how I know. I thought mine was tall at first too.

I'd really like to see a pic of the cup holders in the back. I'm not really picturing how that could be done really nicely. I'm bet you made sure none of the pics showed that for that reason. I'm not expecting it to be perfect. I wanna get around to wrapping all my panels. I have all the materials already but hardly any time and its not priority with EVERYTHING else on the car is being worked on too. I'd do all the other panels first to learn, then I would do the console and dash. I might just cut the cupholders off and fiberglass it to look like it never existed.....then wrap it!

I really like the boot for the shifter. Where did you get that boot and how do you attach the bottom to the console?

I agree with everything you said here, I'm kind of having a hard time picturing the cupholders.

Where are you guys getting your fabric? I'm kind of clueless, I was looking at Joann Fabrics for vynil just a minute ago

Ok, some picsfrom the rear end of the console. This is really a PITA area to work on. I´m still working with the rear area to remove glue and touch it up with some black paint.

Thats not too bad actually. Creative. I think i'll do what I was thinking about cutting those off and glassing it smooth....then covering it.
