I'm going to have to do this to my 95. The whistling sound from the passenger's side is driving me insane. I'm going to do the window motors at the same time.

I think i have a regulator problem with my 95 TA, it seals at the top of the Drivers side window but not on the back side of the window like this- Dummy proofed it

theres like a 1/2 inch gap between the window and the weather striping, this pic isnt my car.

Read through the write up and check out the pics. A little experimenting and you should be able to fix it.

Make sure your brush assemblies are still intact. They tend to break over time and you'd be surprised at how much they affect your seal. Also keep in mind that when adjusting your regulator, that sometimes moving some bolts in the direction contrary to to what common sense would tell you, will fix your problem. All i can say is go slow and adjust one thing at a time!

It looks like your outer door skin is starting to come un glued. I had a 94 (same color even) that did the same thing. If you look at where the door skin meets with the door body, you see where it has separated along the top of the vertical edge.

forgot something. If your door skin comes loose, the rubber weather stripping on the door that rubs against the outer side of the window will not hold your glass as tightly against the body when the door is closed.

I never fixed mine, i just sold the car. Iwould imagine it's just apply glue, press together and wait. The only thing that could be an issue is if the adhesive requires all the old stuff to be removed. That could be a little tricky.

Post up your problem in the paint and body work section and im sure you'll get the info you need!

thanks a ton for the write up sneaky7980 - it worked to perfection.

I spent 10 minutes disassembling the door panel, and then - BAM! Adjusting bolts D and E, the window snugs up right up where its supposed to be. thanks again.
