What sort of issues? I've been reading posts on this mod for years and have never heard of any problems.

Issues with water getting in the wires and causing problems, things of that nature.

If the car is a DD condinsation and dirt will build up in there....

I have done this to a few cars the past few years and havent done it to mine so i guess i will lol. As far as rain nothing to worry about!! We had 45 days of rain when i was in hawaii and everything was flooded or wet and none of the cars i did it to had any problems

That is why I recommended wrapping the harness in plastic and electrical tape.

Just did mine! Like i said i did 3 of my friends cars with no problems. Well did my car and guess what i drilled about a half of a inch off So the wires are a little tighter then i would like but it works> Make sure you drill it in right place or you may need to drill another hole!

That is why I advocate starting w/ a small pilot hole. If you really screw up on the location, the worst you are left with is another small hole that most people will never notice. If you are only off by ~1/2"-3/4", the off-location pilot hole just comes out with the plug.

heres mine took maybe a hour very simple. dont mind the dirty pics its ranning out, and my engine is apart lucky #7 pistion took a dump on me fixin it soon, and im moving the battery to the trunk so that wire thats there wont be, it was for the window fix

yeah the cable that goes over youe driver side finderwell. You re run the cable so you cant see it

Oh yeah you do no have to do the velcro i reused the plasitc clips and put them back in the same holes from the bottom!
