I kept rearranging them and pulling for slack up on top by the PCM and made it work though. I got rid of the EGR & AIR and relocated the hood latch all at the same time so it made a big difference under the hood.
pretty much word for word how mine went!

u relocated the hood latch?

What sort of issues? I've been reading posts on this mod for years and have never heard of any problems.

Issues with water getting in the wires and causing problems, things of that nature.

If the car is a DD condinsation and dirt will build up in there....

That is why I recommended wrapping the harness in plastic and electrical tape.

Just did mine! Like i said i did 3 of my friends cars with no problems. Well did my car and guess what i drilled about a half of a inch off So the wires are a little tighter then i would like but it works> Make sure you drill it in right place or you may need to drill another hole!

That is why I advocate starting w/ a small pilot hole. If you really screw up on the location, the worst you are left with is another small hole that most people will never notice. If you are only off by ~1/2"-3/4", the off-location pilot hole just comes out with the plug.

Also like someone noted get a rubber gromment in that hole. I used a small rubber length of tube that I split down the length of the tube as a gromment

Where did you move your TCS box too?
