Default Help - Faded clear coat on corner of each wheel well.

I can't upload a picture of it right now. But I have no idea what to do. It's a black car and the corner of each fender is pretty much white. Car looks horrible. Thanks in advance...if anyone can help.

Have you tried a car polish like Nu Finish or a Meguiars polish and then some wax?

Yeah. It's so bad that I would think it needs something aggressive as sandpaper to break it down to "smooth" territory. sucks.
