Or you could egg it and stick it in the oven @400* for 1 hour.

...i had similar spots appear on my paint and glass top after i tried to wash my car in bazillion degree heat, guess the soap baked onto the car - oops! was a pain in the *** to get off, had to rewash it all over again!

A clay bar might do the trick...a nice dual action polisher would certainly take care of it (like a PC 7424). Regardless, I'd take care of it ASAP if it was my car.

I second that, that's about the only way you'll get that off.

You have well water? Mine will do this if I wash on a real hot car and allow to dry on its own. Its the minerals in the water.
Make sure your car is cool and keep wet untill you can towel dry.
Use a lite rubbing compound and rewax.
I ended up using a filter system on my hose....

if you still have issues with it .. hit it with a PC and a mild abrasive .. like Tropi-care TC-3, Menserna IP/Fp or Meg's #80 .. it will know it right out .. no need to wet sand from what you have shown so far ..

hmmm you already got it fixed but i was wondering if you took it to one of those self car wash places with the high psi guns and shot at it with their soap and water, i think they have theirs filtered and the high psi should wipe it out
