Default freshen up my cars look

paint is showing its age...few chips up front on bumper and hood...few small dings i know wont come out but ive painted before and color sanded and bondo ive done a lot, i was considering cleaning my car relaly well (polo green) then wet sanding with 2000 lightly on the whole car mostly because of all the small nicks/uneven factory orange peel in places and i was goana use touch up paint on the chips up front
then i wanted to buff the wax and maybe some sorta polish like tropicare or zaino to make it really come alive...what do yall guys reccomend, give me a good run through.....

also i had some old dirty wipers ion my car and it barely scratched the window, it kinda sounds dumb but can you sand them back out, i mean they wre put in there with small particles of sand right?
