Nice. I assume you'll grind, bondo and sand it smooth?
Have you had any issues with turning the wheel when the car was too low?
I'm guessing you'd hear it rub and either straighten the wheels out or lift the front up with no damage.
I'm trying to decide whether to do a front tub like yours or add some room to turn the wheels when lowered. Hmmm. Any thoughts on that?

i just decided 2 do the new radiator 2 clean up the front of the engine and plus it makes room 4 when i do decide 2 go F/I
the only time i ride really low is when im going strait
but your wheels are wider than mine so it might be a good idea

Looks good. Was the new rad a bit taller?
I need to make a radiator duct. Your a wiz with fiberglass, do you think it would work well for that?
I figure I'd need to make a few flat pieces, then cut them to exact size then fiberglass the joints. Would a big flat piece of cardboard covered in tin foil make a good foundation to make them?
It might be a waste of money compared to using sheetmetal. Then again, I could make the complex, curvy part of the shroud from fiberglass and then the big flat pieces from sheetmetal. Hmmm

Interesting project you have there!
I saw a ginormous bucket of seashells on your garage floor a few pics earlier.
You must be fond of seafood or I'm guessing that's abrasive blasting media?
Overall, this thread has turned positive for the "dare to be different" theme. I'll give you credit for that.
