Just thought I would throw in some extra info. If you're having trouble finding the actual harness to plug into the convertible switch, then head up to your local junkyard and check out the Grand Am's. I got a harness for it out of a late model Grand Am. They were used for the power mirror switches in some of the cars. All you have to do is swap around 2 of the pins since once of them is in the wrong location (instead of G being empty, is was like B or C that was the empty space). You'll probably be able to find that harness in several other similar cars as well.

Its not as simple as it seems. You have to do a lot of measuring to make sure you don't damage the shock, but it works very well.
,very clean.I would sticky the wiring diagram for the cutouts, easy to do and works perfectly

Some great mods there 
Not into the fake tailpipes....dumps speak for themselves. The amps + heat behind the seat also comes to mind.

The brake cover is very simple. I hand cut a piece of plexiglass I had laying around. I cut it to a rough oversized shape, then used a grinding wheel to trim it down further. Then I used a file to get the edges straight. Finally I beveled the edges so it would sit nice and flat with a tight gap all around. Once it fit right, I painted it and used RTV silicone to hold it in place. Works like a charm and very cheap to do.
On the headlights, all you have to do is add the light sensor from a Camaro to the dash hole and connect it to the existing wiring. Canadian Firebirds/ TA's have this done at the factory. Units shipped to the US have the light sensor deleted.
I have full control over the lights. A tiny toggle switch can bypass the light sensor if I want. I also threw in another toggle to turn off the DRL's.
I never had any heating problems with the amps, either. A lot of that depends on the amp model and the load on it.
