Well here is what I got done so far.
before:

after:
![](http://img244.imageshack.us/img244/9733/img0609yt3.jpg)
Now I just need to decide what exactly I want to do for the right side.
On another note, what HID kit would you recommend for around 150-160ish? I found a place with a decent rep and good feedback from some guys i know that have them, but it will be at least 2 weeks shipping as he doesn't have H9 in stock. I'll go ahead with it if i have to, but I'm putting off installation of the lights until I get the kit, so speed would be nice too..

The cut-off in the "after" pic looks like what I now have for my passenger-side.
4000K-5000K (typically 4100K-4300K) are the brightest HID color range. As the Kelvin Color Temperature (#K) increases, the light gets bluer, then purpler and the lumen output decreases (the actual measurement of light).
I bought my 4300K H9 HID kit from www.ledgauges.com (a sponsor) for a good deal (less than their listed price), but it was still more than the price range you are considering.
I have not yet installed the kit though, but I intend to do so soon.

Well I just took the plunge in a 6000k kit with a 2 yr warranty from a non sponsor. Supposedly shipping is 2-3 day, so I should be able to start the install soon enough.
Again, thanks for all the help everyone, especially VIP1

Here's an update for anyone interested:

Compare to "SUPER WHITE" halogens:

I'll be working more on aiming tomorrow, and then I'll be putting the bumper back on. I took it for a quick spin, and it's a night and day difference. The difference between headlights and no headlights is hardly noticeable. I love it.

You're right. For some reason, once i added the HID, a slight angle appeared on that one causing a sort of step up. I aimed them a little better and it's something I can live with as they are pretty solid on the car right now and the bumper is almost all the way back on.

They're aimed straight out, just slightly down. They do a great job replacing my headlights, they are so bright i can hardly tell the difference with my headlights on/off but i might be using them as well.

I didn't notice a difference in the beam pattern or brightness other than the fact that the orange flare on the left side is just slightly less. These with my headlights make for great headlights, I'm very happy with them.
As for one coming on before the other, i think the driver side just took a tad longer to ignite that time.

Maybe I read it wrong, but did you say that you fixed the passenger side cut-off or aim? Does it look as good as the driver-side now?

The left one is level and the right is a tad up. From a distance they look really good. I would like the right to be just a tad lower, but it does a good job of lighting the road, and won't blind anyone in the slow lane if I'm in the fast.
I love the light so much, i'm tempted to get HIDs for the headlights as well, but in stock housings, I would be defeating the purpose of the cutoff, and with another set of projectors, I'm getting the whole round headlight thing. Anyway, it's about 400 times better than stock, and I'm very happy with them.
