Default Is this Oxidation or sun fade? Can it be removed? Please help

Ok all, just to let you know I have been on this forum since day one I use Zaino and meguiars religiously! This is something new to me since i have never owned a car with paint in this condition. My WS6 was delivered to me on Sunday. Love the car but don't like this. It's either Sun fade or oxidation. It also looks like there are some spots of the clearcoat breaking I know rubbing compound is supposed to be good for this type thing but wanted to know what you experts thought about this and if there is something you would recommend. Here are pics of what concerns me

Looks like fading paint. I doubt that is oxidation, you can usually tell if its just on the surface.

Yeah, the clear is gone and the paint is fading through. DO NOT USE RUBBING COMPOUND ON THAT! You'll rub what's left of the paint right off. Rubbing compound is very abrasive and should really only be used for getting scuff marks, etc, off the paint...not for polishing the clear coat. I detailed cars for 6 years and based on what I see, the only remedy for that is a new paint job, my friend.

Hmm, that sucks. You could polish it to try to protect it, but you will need new paint, or at least get the clear sanded off and redone. You may be able to get away with a swirl cutter to cut down on those swirls, lol (sounds dumb), then polish it until you can get it painted.

Yep for once on LS1tech, That Wont Buff Out ...

Its not that bad, just take your hood off. Take it to a body shop and have them paint it. hell it prob wont be $500, and it will look brand new.

$500 is a little steep to paint a hood. Atleast in this area.
