Default Opinions Wanted

I'm kinda at a crossroads right now with my car and I need to decide on what direction to go with it appearance wise. Here is a pic of my car now

First off I have Konis and Strano's sitting in my garage to go on it so no 4x4 jokes

Basically the tan top is tough to work with when it comes to stripes, emblems etc. For the grille i'm going with a black billet grille with a 69 Chevelle grille emblem. I bought silver z overlays, camaro letters, and gs stripes to do this car like my old one, but then I got to thinking about the silver clashing with the top

My old car

Here's some options i've thought up.
1. SS Hood and spoiler, with a black manta stripe that will continue on the deck lid I figure the black stripe would be subtle against Navy without clashing against the tan top (No wannabe or poser comments needed)

2. Same as above with no manta stripe.

3.Sunoco Hood, SS Spoiler and be done with it.

4. Just the Sunoco Hood.

Vote up top or if anybody has other suggestions i'm all ear's.

Yes, that tan top does add a degree of difficulty.

I voted for just the Sunoco hood. Some clear corners and maybe a grille would look great.

I voted option 3.
The ss hood and sunoco are by far my favorite. I think that because its a z28, I like the sunoco hood. Either way, you need something on the back end. Verts look too long to me in the first place (with the top down), so I think you need some type of spoiler. The SS spoiler is the only one that would look clean.

I wouldnt do any graphics because you have those sick wheels! I think the clean look would compliment the car better on those wheels.

Just my .02

SS hood, SS spoiler, grill, and clear corners. Not sure on how a sunoco hood will look on the vert. So I pick option 5.

I picked 3. I think that will look the best and I dont think I've ever seen a vert withe Sunoco hood so it'll be a standout.

I thought about that, but when you put the top down you still have the tan interior and top boot that you can see plain as day.

i think your car looks good how it is once you get your springs and stuff and grill on it would make a hell of a difference.

I would say sunoco hood, SS spoiler, clear corners, and tint... on top of what you have goin on so far.

If you go with the SS hood and spoiler along with the manta...black might not be enough. I would say a shade of med-dark metallic gray would look awesome with both the NBM and the tan and also be noticeable but not obnoxious...not like it wants to slap you in the face and scream I have stripes... but rather more refined, like yea im sexy...whats up!!!

Not sure what the *** end looks like but maybe CME is an option if not no biggie.

Rear is bone stock right now and I have a Magnaflow Catback. I've been tossing around the idea of exports and a satin black berger panel. I think that would compliment the black grille nice and would set a SS Spoiler off even more. Here's kinda where i'm at now.

Sunoco hood, Black Billet grille with the 69 Chevelle bowtie, SS Spoiler, clear corners, export's and maybe a berger panel.

Sounds perfect to me. I would suggest, if you do a berger panel, to do it gloss black instead of flat, I think it would look better with the NBM.

Yup that is a great combo.

By the way nsSSu he wasnt talking about flat black he was talkin about satin black for the berger.
