Default 2000 T/A buffed out and detailed! great pics

This week I did a friend's new 2000 T/A. It had pretty bad waterspots and swirl marks. This was the first car I attempted with a wool pad on my rotary. I used the Meguiars W4 wool pad and #85 for the roof, spoiler and rear bumper. The rest of the car got the burgundy Megs pad and #83, followed by yellow pad and Megs #80 both on the rotary. Of course it was finished off with some Zaino too

Before:

*notice the faded Trans Am and Bird. We decided to remove them entirely for a fresh look*

After!

And my personal favorite:

I completely sanded the "bird" and "trans am" off my center piece. I can still see his. It's a very very good improvement. I need to my car... it's black

He would have to pay a sponsorship fee to do this. The sponsorship fee for LS1tech is expensive.

I was thinking more of a local type thing, just post an ad on craigslist or something, I know a couple of guys around town that do that.

this job was FAR beyond the abilities of the porter cable, but that is an excellent place to learn and develop skills!

yeah, wayyyy too much lol.

owner didn't want that. He was thinking of putting an overlay on it, so leaving the etched bird in the panel allows for absolutely perfect placement of the vinyl.

I do, but I don't advertise. Its all word of mouth, and you can't buy that
