I am on the hunt for new seats and wonder if C6 seats will fit my Z. I really like how they look. I thought about getting firebird seats, but I would like something different.

Also does anyone know of any other GM seats would work?

I think im doing 04+ gto seats. Ill just get them recovered so it dont have the GTO logo. But IDK about the corvette seats, sry man!

something about the floorbord or something and having to makr brackets.

They should fit physically but you will have to make brackets. Not to hard of a job.

some 3rd gen guys have set them in and reported being a lil to wide.
3rd/4th gen tracks are near identical in deminsions.

There was a link to someones cardomain with an f-body who had gto seats in. It IS possible

gto seats fit and vette seats, do a search......just as of recently we have found out GTO seats fit... and the person who did the vette seats, did the z06 ones and all they needed was a custom fabbed bracket

Pretty sure I remember reading it was a pain in the *** with GTO seats. I might be wrong, though.

If the stock power C6 seats physically fit, how about the electronics? Plug 'n Play or rewiring necessary? I got to drive a C6 and fell in love with it. The seats are great. How are they compared to a 6-way adjustable TA seat? I have power Firebird seats now which are pretty much Camaro seats with a headrest.
