ACSD or SLP SS hood
Well its starting to look like the deal I had on an SS hood is going to fall through. So my question is which is a better deal, the ACSD SS hood or the OEM SLP SS hood? one is 700 the other is 1000, but what about quality? I have the cash to afford both but cant decide. Thanks for the help!

do the oem you will appreciate the quality it will have and it is a long temr investment in terms of the value of the car plus 300 is less than a dollar a day over year, that is how i at least justify my fruitless expenditures lol

If you can get the OEM SS, I own the ASCD SS hood and the quality is great no issues fit's great. At the time the hood was free for a tech article so I went with the free hoo but if I had to pay I would get the OWM hood because it's OEM.

just keep ur eye out and don't expect to find one within a couple of days, it took me about 2 months to find a good deal on one....got it for $550 from a local

Also what about trufiber as a hood option, they seem really cheap, anybody had issues?

and plus I would probably want to blend the front fenders to match the hood and bumper....
