Default Got most of the Chrome on & some pics at the car show...56K time to upgrade!

First off I got most of all the pieces I had chromed on except the hinges...they turned out to be Camaro hinges! Anyway I have them for sell in the classifieds if any of you Camaro guys like shiney stuff.

Here are some pics from the car shows I was at this weekend (I got Best of Show at one and 1st in my class and People Choice at the other):

I also got my vent rings on:

Thanks for all the compliments guys. The next round of stuff is coming soon...chrome FIREBIRD hinges, chrome valve covers with painted coil brackets (then covered up with the FRCs! lol), chrome AC accumulator bracket, chrome ABS module bracket, chrome headlight brackets, chrome tensoiner and water neck and polished water pump. I should have all that by the end of May (but not in time for the G12 ) Then I will be through with the engine bay and plan to start on the under carriage.

Thanks...it has 29K miles (but the vast majority were put on it in the first couple years.) Honestly I hardly ever drive it anymore. I have too much time and money in it at this point. I have 3 other F-Bodies and this one has been built to to be a show car not a driver.

Chrome is expensive...just the front bracket, the hinges (which arent on there) hood latch and catch, oil cooler, hood lift brackets and the hardware cost me over $1K by the time I bought the parts and had them chromed (I keep all the factory pieces to put it back stock eventually.)

I drove it to Publix a couple weekends ago.

Actually I dont even drive it to many shows because most of the ones I go to are so far off:

Thanks for the compliment...the RC TA was custom made for me by a guy in South Dakota. The bodies are available on ebay but you have to have a chassis and running gear to put them on. I actually have this nitro one and a battery powered one just like it. This nitro one isn't ever "driven" either.
