Thinking about taking the z28 badges off the camaro..yes or no? or should i wait till i get an SS hood?

i took mine off and it looks a lot cleaner IMO, dont worry if people think its a sixer you know its not or make them find out the hard way.

i am going to take mine off. i want to, do a one side exhaust 2, make it really look like a 6

I am kind of partial to mine. I thought about taking them off, but I like the nostalgic look of the Camaro badges.

Take em off. It looks a lot cleaner. Plus, it's easier to clean when you're washing your car.


FWIW, I used fishing line and WD-40 for the leftover adhesive. I love looking like a sixer. Ignorant people are soo confused when they see/hear my car.

thats the first thing i did once i drove my Z28 on the driveway. ripped off the side Z28 badges and just kept the rear. been thinking bout taking the rears off also.

Personally, I'm fine with the badges on the side, but I don't like any badges in the rear. A clean rear panel looks best IMO.

ive never understood the reasoning behind taking the badges off of a z28...now if you have a aftermarket spoiler/ss spoiler and hood than yea it's fine but if you wanna look like a v6 and i hate when guys say "well it doesnt sound like a v6 der per derp" IT LOOKS LIKE A V6. But i would say yes if you have a hood and spoiler
