Question Halo installation through fog lights?

Does anyone have a write up on how to hook my halos up to the fog lights, so I can just flip the fog light switch and my halos will come on?

You could just connect the wires for the halos into the fog light wires. Some splicing required, and do it somewhere that water can't get in and/or seal it really well against water.

How do I do that? I need a write up, because I'm unsure of where to even begin.

its really easy when your headlights are out you can see your foglights below them. Just splice the two wires from the halos into the fogs.

Do I splice into the wires coming out of where the actual foglight is? I'm asking because the Halos I bought from ebay have semi long wires coming out of it and another red one with a metal piece connected to the end.

Plenty of threads with the answer you're looking for if you use that handy search feature.

Red wire from the halo's taps into the purple wire on the fog lights, white wire from the halo's goes to ground.

My halos have two long red wires, one short one, and the white wires are bundled in a
3M box.

I finally got the halos installed. After completing it it didn't seem that hard. Thanks for everyone's help.
