Default Any suggestions on appearance mods?

I'm looking to do a few appearance mods soon, I want to distinguish my car from the others a bit. Not really hard in my area though, as far as I know I'm the only NBM Formula for MILES.

Anyone have any suggestions for simple, inexpensive things I can do to set the car apart from stock a bit?

Other than wheels though. I just put these on last month and am extremely happy with the look.

Here she is now:

Thanks!!

just a thought....clear or smoked corner lights, WS6 hood with silver blackbird stripes (maybe Firehawk hood), painted fender vents, silver "Formula" door emblems, and different exhaust tips.

I don't know if you can do this....but has anyone seen a T/A front bumper on a Formula?

I actually like the Formula bumper better than the T/A design, so I wouldn't change that.

I'd love to go WS6 hood/Blackbird stripes, but that's just out of my price range.

I like the idea of doing something with the corners, to make them look smoked can I just paint them with the same stuff people use on the tails? And if I do that, will the bulb color still shine through them?

As far as the emblems, I was thinking going with silver overlays for the plate bird and the emblems and rear letter fill ins. Either that or delete the door emblems altogether.

I had wanted to do a silver bird on the filler panel, but now I think I'm going to get the old one off and polish the panel. I think I like the look of it plain better.

For exhaust tips, I was thinking of going with the dual Autozone tips, I saw a set at my local AZ the other day, I might have to ****** them up.

Tint the windows. 20%. Put some nice tips on the car. She looks like she needs a good waxin too.

I agree with TransFan, Tint the windows, Exhaust tips. Some cheap mods: Niteshade your lenses, LED's on the interior/exterior, Xenon Conversion Headlights, PIAA Fog Lights, Reflective Vinyl for the birds/lettering, IMO, go with a T/A Hatch with the high rise spoiler...etc..

Maybe some stuff I've done will give ya some ideas:

Just my .02 Hope this helps any!

Nice car - I'm interested to see what people say.

Personally I'd say do something with the tips first.

i would polish the rims and put a drop if your going for real cheap you can do the "heater hose mod" to get the back of the car level would give a better stance only costs like 3 bucks and 10 minutes to do for a 3/4" drop in the back (search it)

new tips also and the bumper would look better with a drop too.
and a nice detail, tint,

my number 1 thing to do is a drop. mines were actually chopped by previous owner no problems with them.. you can do a search and find some more info.

Windows are already tinted actually, they were like that when I bought the car. Not sure how dark they are, but I know that they're already illegal in RI whatever they are. When I first took the car to be inspected, I failed right away because of the windows, the guy told me I needed to remove the tint. My solution was to wait till a sunny day, and go to a different place with the windows rolled down.

Yeah, I'm definitely going to do tips, I'm thinking of something like Corsa clones, just with slightly oval tips instead of round.

And you're 100% right, she's in DESPERATE need of a wax, hopefully I'll be able to get to it this week.

It's funny, I was just looking at the car today thinking that the rear needs to come down about that much. I think I definitely need to do this mod. I don't want to go with a full lowering kit, as the roads here just scare me, but 3/4" in the rear to level it out shouldn't hurt.
