I rarely post but thought i would share the new pics of my GTO w/ her new paint job and wheels. Yes its all paint and no graphics, and I do daily drive those wheels w/ no issues. Fronts are 15x5 so not too bad on the street. Here she is:

Looks great! I would have prefered the spoiler painted body color though...

 

Car looks bad *** and the paint is flawlessly Sweet! How much did it run you? Was it extra for the different graphics?

It looks good, I'm just having a hard time seeing the stripes from the glare. Are they flat like the rear spoiler? I'm trying to see the reasoning for making it that way.

As for the skinnies up front, you will be fine in dry weather. The rain is where it seems to get a bit scary.

 

I agree, the car looks amazing just as it is and would be PERFECT if it did not have the huge GTO on the windshield...

Nice! It has the right stance and I like the spoiler. It kind of picks up where the stripe leaves off. The wheel combo screams "Don't F*** with me'! What kind of mods you running?

 

Realy good looking GTO! one point i would do diferent are the whells. but as long you like them I'm glad

 

Its a $4k paint job, luckily I know the guy and got a break. The graphics were part of the original quote.

The stripes are PBM and QSM, which are other GTO specific colors. Its actually shiny. The blend of the flatblack (spoiler and scoops)looks really good in person. The pics actually make it look a little different b/c you can't see all the detail. And I am already used to the wheels and tires setup. i ran DRs on my 17s as well. Welds are fun LOL!


I considered taking it off but it looks naked w/o it LOL! Maybe I will put my Vengeance RD graphics in its place when they arrive!



And thanks to all of you for the comments. Wanted to have a different look on the street than all the 18-19 inch wheels running around on the GTOs.

 

She has a 402ci and I have a 150 wet shot nitrous kit that is going on soon. Built 4L65e w/ 3400Fuddle stall and some drag bags.. Everything else...Stock LOL! Working on it as the money comes in!

 

that is one near perfect looking GTO man. very nice work. i like everything done to it; the wheels look mean as hell, the spoiler goes with the bumper and stripes. and the GTO decal goes with the silver on your car. i love it.

 

Very well done. The stripes are a nice throwback.
