Tried something new... Trunk lighting
it would cut off the current and make the light flash if it didn't have enough... that's how they work... they fill all the way... and then once there's a little less current, they dump the energy.
which works when the alternator stumbles for headlights... but you have to get right back on providing current or they shut off.
they would be a good idea to have, but wouldn't solve the problem?
