To each his own. Function over form. Maybe I could install a cool LED dome light or some hood stripes and then you might like it.

the actual scoops are the same size. that has no more potential than the ws6. in fact, it has less if the opening inside is bigger because there is open space for the air to be in, instead of a small area being pushed into the engine.

You do realize it is used to clear the carb and single plane intake, correct? The "scoops" aren't even open.

It's not bad. You can see the tree, you can see the other lane, you can see to make the turn off at the end of the track.

WHY WONT SOME OF YOU READ!?!?!?! They just SET the hood on it for those pics. It is NOT bolted into place. Of COURSE it doesnt fit right yet.

The hood weighs perhaps 7lbs total. It's super thin and can be flexed. Once it's secured with it's dzus fasteners and left in the sun it will hold it's form.

Phantom R/T....Thank you. I was beginning to wonder if anyone actually took the 45 seconds to read what has already been posted.

For all of you who have clearly never passed the 3rd grade reading portion of elementary school:

THE HOOD DOES NOT LINE UP BECAUSE IT WAS TAKEN STRAIGHT FROM THE PACKAGE CRATE IT WAS SHIPPED IN & SET ON THE CAR FOR PICTURES TO SEE HOW IT LOOKED. ONCE ITS FITTED AND PINNED IT WILL LINE UP.

Thanks.

I wish I wasn't poor and could afford a Joe Van O hood.

People on here are comical... i think it looks badass. Next time just cut a hole in a v6 hood so the intake and carb hang out, then it would be "cool" to everyone.

Alright a Delaware guy chiming in. I'm from Wilmington orginally. Anyway, I don't understand this forum.

10 people say "how can you see driving around town?" after it's been said that it's a track car.

10 more people say "it fits bad" after it was stated that the hood was pulled straight from it's shipping crate. It's paper thin fiberglass, once it's fastened down it will fit fine.

The appearance section and the drag race section on here are on opposite ends of the spectrum.
