Default Ebay Spoiler People, Come in!

For those of you who bought an SS spoiler from thespoilercompany off ebay, and chose to have them paint it, how long did it take for you to get it?

I've been waiting for about 3 weeks now, and they haven't returned any messages. It's really pissing me off.

It's also where a dozen users here got perfect ones. Brian2006 and 6LITEREATER included. Brian's car is perfect, so you must have been really unlucky.

If they don't answer my next message, I'm filing a complaint with paypal.

They said paint normally takes 3 days. They responded next day to all my messages before buying, now they've ignored 2 in the past week.

I received mine pretty quick, i would say in about a week to 2 weeks time. There was a spot where paint ran a little but not to noticeable. Other then that, it came out fine for me.

what do you expect? He obviously doesn't read anything or he wouldn't support John Mccain.

Good news! It didn't pass paint inspection, so it was repainted. Ships today.

Great, the spoiler fits & sit's great on the car and is lighter then your stock spoiler. You wont be dissapointed in that area....the paint seems to be the only problem with these spoiler's.

Yeah, they're very slow about it, don't know why, they sell about 5 every listing.

the paint on my spoiler is near perfect, my only complaint would be that the spoiler was not prepped well before paint. You can see the grain of the fiberglass and a small indention on the top corner of the driver's side but is only noticeable from up close, in the sun, other than that definitely worth the money. If my car was a show car or I was really picky I would have definitely gone with a better paint job. The fit is great, but if you get it painted they will install foam under the center posts and the sides. When I installed it as is it sat too high but once I removed the foam on the sides (kept it on the center posts) it sat near perfect. If possible, email them and tell them you don't want the foam installed (kind of a pain to remove), then if you want/need to, just install it yourself, im sure it attaches with double sided tape.

Anybody have any problems where the spoiler lines up to the rear quarter panels? I was prefitting mine on and noticed that the spoiler didn't seem to meet the quarter panel quite right. ( near the middle portion of the edge of the spoiler.) I might just not have it adjusted right, but wanted to know if this has been an issue with anybody.
