is a 3600 stall enuff 4 the ms4 cam?

No. You should run at least a 4000-4400 with a MS4. Although, I went with a 5000 for mine.

It will work fine. I was just saying it won't run to its top potential. It will still run good, the power just won't come on as quick...like it wont start pulling as fast as it would with a 4400.
