yeah the first thing im going to do is subframe connectors because my neighbors firehawk tweeked so bad the t tops woulndt even go in till he took it to the shop. is there really a difference between the 3 point and 2 point, and the chromoly and mild steel?

any will do the job, but i'd highly recommend weld-ins. also, boxed ones are very nice since you can use them as a jacking point. 3 points can't hurt, but i'm plenty happy with my 2 point.

I ran 13.5 with a SLP lid and FTRA.....
If I could do my mods all over again. I would do the stall and DRs as others have recommended....
with suspension and bolts ons + stall & DRs you should hit low 12's, then cam or spray it for 11's or both for low 11's...
Every second you knock off, it will be hard to knock of the next second and suspension work and setup will come into play more..

i really dont see a reason to get the 3 point. i got the 2 point, boxed, weld in ones and i love them. they actually made a suprising difference. and like mentioned they make good jacking spots, and they added a nice touch to my car.

2.73's were standard in automatic z28s, you have to check the RPO code on the door. GU2=2.73, GU5=3.23. also, GU2 cars came with steel driveshafts.
