How big does your 4L80E trans cooler have to be?
I swapped an LS1 and 4L80E into an old Jaguar and I need to buy a trans cooler. The car has a stock truck converter, and if I get anything, it will be a very very mild stall. The car sees everything from hiway driving to stop and go traffic.
I would prefer a shorter and longer cooler because it would be easier to mount. I have a huge space to mount it in, but don't want to take too much cool air away from the radiator and condenser. Here is what I was looking at - they are all tube and fin.

i have the B & M one, that has the 1/2" pipe fittings, i forget the size, about 11 x 11 or so, its mounted under the car, at an angle to get a little air-i have a pretty high stall, trans temps stay around 160 degs, took it on a 400 mile trip last summer, never saw much over 170 in heavy traffic-prob would cool better mounted in the grill, but with the intercooler, room was tight
