Gatsby, I know you said you had no leaks, but fyi, the stock line was 5/16" ID on the return line. I found some pieces to connect the factory 5/16 to the 3/8 I used on the cooler (I know it would be cleaner to just redo it with 5/16 tubing, but Im too lazy to take it all apart and also would have to buy new mandrel bent elbows.)

This is some helpful info. I ordered the B&M Super Cooler 70274. 11x11x1.5 with 29,200 BTU. I asked Circle D what BTU I should get and he said any with a 28K or bigger BTU.
The cooler mounted in front of the a/c compressor it dont block no air getting to that and the radiator.

I have not had any issues with the radiator. The A/C runs cold...but it hasn't gotten to the summer temps here yet.
I assume with the cooler you ordered, you are bypassing the stock cooler? Since its 11x11 vs the 11x8 I used, you should be able to mount it like I did, just will be alittle tough to get inthere at first.

The stock cooler is part of the radiator...you can't separate them. The only issue I have heard with not using the stock cooler is if you drive in cold weather.
