Default stall and tune question

I have a 3600 fuddle stall, do I need to have the car tuned after the stall is put in?

I don't know if I should repeat info I read or post my scans of when I first ran my converter, I don't want to get called a dumbass for repeating "stuff I found on the internet"
I know what works for my tune and I know what didn't work.

And some stock tune parameters don't work well.
Tune it is then. Should I have them remove the torque management or leave it to save my transmission??

You dont "have to" tune it if you put a new verter in.. Put the thing in and see how it does.

Yea, you can turn off all the TQ management, speed up the shift times, change the shift points, etc.. But that stuff you can do with your stock verter to make a small improvement.

Only thing you would have to change is the rev limiter when you add the verter. Some people are fine but some people it will bounce off the rev limiter so depending on what yours does depends on if you need to adjust it/tune it..

I had to tune mine .(yank ss4000) Once in a while I would bump the limiter on the 2-3 shift and the converter would get confused on lock-up. Other than that ,it drove pretty well .

Would you mind explaining to me why it went into limp mode after about 10 miles? I could see it right on the laptop. Can you explain why it stopped going into limp mode when I modified the misfire tables?

Why did it get a false 757?

Why does performabuilt recommend tuning?

Why have others posted here before with the same exact problems RIGHT after installing a converter and sometimes months later?

My 4K stall went in with a breeze and other then me using my EFILive to change up the rev limiter and upping the shift points I had no issues. Mine did not go into limp mode, that was with the stock trans and when that blew up and added the FLT.. I changed the lock up to 45 miles an hour as well.

Each car is different.. If hes lucky he might not have any issues, just install it and see how she runs.
