I have been trying to get a hold of a CAT Power flexplate recently as well. Tried Circle-D, Speed Inc., and CAT Power's website. None had them, but I got an email from Lisa at CAT Power saying they were out of stock and would be back in stock around the middle of March. Too bad that'll be too late to install it with my new trans...

Stock one cracked in 4 places... broke my starter also, i was stock with bolt ons, 3k stall, and spraying a 100 shot from a 20 kick.. upgraded to the tci one. Just have to get the longer mounting bolts from tci.
