Hey guys I just put a th400 in my car. I currently am running 456s in my 9 Inch what is a better street gear to go to?

3.73's are a great street gear.

 

depends on the tire height is this a race car or street driver? if its a track car you want to make sure you are not going to run out of gear at the 1320 power adders make a difference in your gear choice as a nitrous car will run out of gear faster than a NA car. if its a street driver as said 3.73 is a all around good gear for street driving and the occasional blast.

 

It is a street strip car. I am running a 26'' tire. Do they make a 3:73 for a 9 inch?

yeah you wanna stay in the mid to high 3s range. 4.10 wouldt be much different than your 4.56 right now 3.70 as stated would be a perfect all round gear.

 

I run 3.70's in my 9" and as said they are a good all around street gear.

In the process of going 3.70 from 4.10's. 4.10's was great with M6, but w/ TH 350, 1st is a waste.
