Default in this day & age, customer services counts!!

my personal experience with kevin winstead @ tci is nothing short of exceptional!!! i bought tci3000 and shortly after that i installed tsp 231 237 cam along with pp s2 heads. after speaking with kevin he suggested that i send the converter back and he would restall free of charge. well i sent the converter out and with 5 days i recieved back all ready to go, restalled to 3800. well the convert is in the car and oh my god does this thing run it *** off. will be getting wideband tune soon will keep you posted.

like the my title states, services is so important these days and i highly recommend tci and kevin!!!!

Both Kevins (Winstead and Steele) at TCI are first class fellas and VERY knowledgable too. TCI is fortunate to have guys like them, IMO.

I don't know who you are buying your converter from but I did not pay near even the lowest price that you mentioned and I will probably end up with a Competition 3800 from Kevin.....

I do agree that he has absolute great Customer Service skills, and is to be commended.

well it would help if you told me where you got your price from? TSP has both the 3800 and 3500 on their site. The 3500 ends up being $550 to my door because of tax and shipping, its cheaper for me to get it from Thunder. Thunder doesn't have the 3800 on their site and they haven't answered my e-mail about getting one.

This is the exact sign you want to see that lets you know that this company wants not only to provide a GREAT product but will also back it up with GREAT customer service.

There is no reason to be Yanked around by other companies when there are companies like TCI with employees like Kevin Winstead that provide products AND service like this.

TCI is a real company and has been around for many years. I remember going to TCI test sessions in Bowling Green and TCI brought a truckload of converters that you could try and swap out in your car until your fingers bled They have people that answer the phone, return phone calls and e-mails plus dont blame everything on someone else if there is a problem - they try to get you going no matter who caused the problem if its their product..
