Well, I can remark about their bike clutches.
I installed one for my 80 inch 104 HP HD motor and it worked well.
I later installed that same clutch in my 127 cu. in. / 157 HP HD motor and that clutch got it's *** handed to it.
Needless to say,I will not buy a clutch from them anymore as I want a clutch with some top side life rate.
You can do better with some different manufacturers.

I quit using the Altos in 700R4's & 4L60E's back in 1994 - 1995. They would not last with any kind of horsepower AT ALL (to high a failure rate). The factory Borg warner Hi-Energy (4L60E & 4L65E) 3-4 clutches are the best around. I have used them in 8 - 9 & sometimes 10 count clutch setups (depending on the application) with much success. I have many hundreds of these type 3-4 clutch packs out there working very well. Some I have installed, and most the customer has installed them in their transmissions using my rebuild kits. I did much research and development on these units many years ago. I cannot tell you how many dollars I wasted on custom aftermarket clutch pack setups for the 3/4 solution. In the end I settled on an 8 clutch Borg Warner combination that has served me and my clients very well over the years. I cannot remember having a client drive through one with too much horsepower. And I can remember the Alto's and Rayestos setups failing miserably.
